The where I run section of the site is coming along nicely. I have almost restored all the images, maps, and video links I lost in the crash of the site. Actually it has been fun looking back at the journey I started 2 years ago.

I have since lost my way a bit, lost my passion for some of the things that really helped me and this site crash has helped to remind me of what I have lost and where I need to get back to.

With the possibilities that 2021 holds for me I need to do more, I need to be more. I have gained way too much of my weight back, I don’t Get Up N Move as much or as often as I should. I have lost muscle tone and strength from sitting idle on my fat ass. All that is about to change! I have started on the treadmill to regain some of my lung capacity and my leg strength. I will be adding in some weight and strength training this coming week as well as changing my diet back to more healthy choices and limiting my calories to what I can burn off, leaving a daily deficit. I am exploring intermittent fasting and will post information about that as I find and implement it.
